Our founding team began in high-velocity B2B client acquisition & growth infrastructure builds, where outbound, precision messaging, and multi-layer segmentation were the norm. During our time servicing our B2B partners with client acquisition, growth, and GTM strategy consulting, we’ve helped them secure engagements with the likes of Microsoft, Cargill, Unilever, and Adidas, driven as much as $12M+ in ARR growth per client and brought in 9 figure plus valuation augments for our partners.

We then transitioned into the capital raising space, leveraging our unique marketing background, outbound deal generation expertise, and market positioning prowess, to help early to growth-stage deep tech startups in capex intensive verticals raise from VCs, institutionals, funds, family offices, and HNWIs. Throughout our tenure in the capital advisory space, we stewarded an aggregate history of $4.8B+ of facilitated ECM transaction volume and helped 30+ startups raise more than $350M in equity injections globally.

We have since redirected that commercial firepower into private M&A markets where we sense an even bigger fulfillment gap, building an outbound-led origination model that combines sector depth, regional focus, and GTM sophistication. This allows us to deliver what traditional M&A intermediaries and passive deal platforms cannot: consistent, high-fit introductions rooted in intent and timing, not auction dynamics.
